Mr. Wilton L. Ingram, age 74, of Columbus, formerly of Salem, passed away Wednesday, January 26 at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Mr. Ingram was born May 11, 1947, in Danville, Illinois the son of Tilman and Louise Boling Ingram. He was a retired employee of Cummins Engine. He was a Vietnam War Army veteran and a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Wilton is survived by a son: Kristen Ingram (Leigh) of Salem, a daughter: Erica Lambert (David) of Columbus, Indiana, a sister: Sandy Gross (Bobby) of College Station, Texas, six grandchildren: Chandra Ingram, Degean Lambert, Jocelynn Lambert, Dillon Lambert, Jackson Ingram and Meredith Ingram, and two great-grandchildren: Leia Wolf and Emery Givens. He was preceded in death by his son: Jason Ingram, his parents, two brothers: Lonnie Ingram and David Ingram, a sister: Linda Ingram and a grandson: Mason Ingram.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8PM and Friday from 11AM-time of service.
