William "Bill" E Litkenhous

Mr. William “Bill” E. Litkenhous, age 80, of Scottsburg, passed away Sunday, August 30 at Lake Pointe Village in Scottsburg.

Mr. Litkenhous was born September 28, 1939 in Louisville, Kentucky the son of Francis “Frank” and Mildred K. Litkenhous. He was a retired employee of GM Powertrain.  He was a member of Army National Guard and Monon Train Club.

Bill was preceded in death by his wife:  Caroline Litkenhous and his parents.  On April 28, 2010, Bill married Sylvia “Sunny” Frazier Litkenhous and she survives.    He is also survived by a son:  Michael (Kim) Litkenhous of Lake City,  Florida, a daughter:  Linda (Kevin) Diviney of White Lake, Michigan, a step-daughter:  Sherry (Sam) Tyler of Louisville, two sisters:  Claudia Wienke (Kenneth) of Asheville, North Carolina and Paula (Clifford) Pence of Aurora, Colorado, 6 grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren, and 5 step-great-grandchildren.
