Wilbur R Holstine

Mr. Wilbur R. Holstine age 83 of Salem passed away Saturday, March 24 at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.

Mr. Holstine was born April 28, 1934 in Salem the son of Winnie and Pearl Kirkpatrick Holstine.  He was a 1953 graduate of Salem High School.  He was a retired employee of GKN and a farmer.  He was a Korean War Army veteran.

Wilbur married Betty Nuckles Holstine on June 28, 1958 and she preceded him in death on January 3, 2017.  He was also preceded in death by a sister:  Ruth Holstine and his parents.

He is survived by his son:  Joel Holstine (Connie) of Vallonia, a brother:  Edward Holstine (Mary) of Terre Haute, a sister:  Edna Callahan of Indianapolis, 2 grandchildren:  Tara Wise (Cody) and Kreigh Holstine (Jessica) and 2 great-grandchildren:  Brantley Wise and Saylor Jane Wise.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
