Steven Wayne (Sr.) Raisor

Mr. Steven Wayne Raisor Sr., age 53, of Salem, passed away Saturday, August 19 at The Waters of Scottsburg.

Mr. Raisor was born April 30, 1970, in New Albany, Indiana, the son of Lyle Victor Raisor Jr. and Carole Buchanan Raisor.  He was a Navy veteran and a member of Enon Baptist Church.

Steven was preceded in death by his wife:  Martha Stivers Raisor, his father:  Lyle Victor Raisor and his son:  Steven Wayne Raisor Jr.

He is survived by his mother:  Carole Raisor of Salem, three sons:  Micheal Jackson (Jami Berry) of Salem, Anthony Jackson (Ferby) of Livonia, and Zachary Raisor (Haley) of Salem, a sister:  Dorothy Raisor of Austin, and 8 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1PM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Highland Friends Cemetery with military honors.  Visitation will be Thursday from 10AM-time of service.
