Sharon A (Warren) Floyd

October 5, 1936 — March 8, 2016

Mrs. Sharon A. Floyd age 79 of Pekin passed away Tuesday, March 8 at Floyd Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Floyd was born October 5, 1936 in New Albany, Indiana the daughter of Cyrus Paul and Viola Endris Warren.  She was a retired employee of LeWeb Manufacturing and was a cook for Tasty House.  She was a member of VFW Women’s Auxiliary.

Sharon is survived by her husband:  Jack Floyd.  They were married April 9, 1954.  She is also survived by two sons:  Donald Floyd of Pekin and Todd Floyd of Key West, Florida, two daughters:  Patricia Mullins of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Sonja Booker of Hardinsburg, a brother:  Richard Warren of Pekin, two sisters:  Sue Denton and Judy Chastain both of Salem, 5 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers:  Charles Paul Warren and Billy Quick, a sister:  Myra Titus and one granddaughter.

A memorial service will be held Monday, March 14 at 1:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Visitation will be Monday from 11AM-time of service.  Burial will be private in Stampers Creek Cemetery.
