Ruth H (Robinette) Strange

Mrs. Ruth H. Strange age 84 of Salem passed away Monday, July 28 at her home.
Mrs. Strange was born August 17, 1929 in La Salle, Michigan the daughter of Lon and Nelle Love Robinette. She was retired from Smith Cabinet Company. She was a member of Westside Baptist Church.
Ruth married Harry Strange on August 14, 1948 and he preceded her in death on July 26, 2004. She was also preceded in death by a brother: Bob Robinette, a sister: Catherine (Katie) Noblitt and her parents. She is survived by two sons: Lash Strange of Salem and Mark Strange of Corydon, two sisters: Jennie Penske of Lexington, Kentucky and Freda Haley of Salem, 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:00AM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8PM and Thursday from 9AM-time of service.
