Rosella Sue Coots

Rosella Sue Coots, age 81, of Salem, passed away Monday, July 22 at her home. 

Rose was born October 19, 1942, in Campbellsburg, the daughter of Leon Richard and Ruby Gertrude Coots. She was a retired LPN from Orange County Hospital. She was a member of Smedley Church of Christ. 

Rose is survived by her brothers and sisters: Myra Weathers of Salem, Michael Coots of Salem, Carolyn Ferren of Louisville, Nancy Faye Coots of Salem, and Joel Coots of Valparaiso. She is also survived by six nieces, 5 nephews, 7 great-nieces and 10 great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother: Gary F. Coots, a sister: Cindy Mae Coots, and a great-nephew: Ozzy Coots. 

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 30 at 2PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Campbellsburg. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10AM-time of service.
