Mr. Roscoe E. Hartley age 86 of Campbellsburg passed away Wednesday, April 17 at 12:15AM at St. Vincent Hospital in Salem.

Mr. Hartley was born September 15, 1926 in Champaign, Illinois the son of Dode and Edith Mae Stepp Hartley.  He was a former employee of Clarence Hartley Poultry, Farm Fresh, Rudder Tire and as a school bus driver for West Washington School.  He was retired from Bus Maintenance for West Washington Schools. He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of New Hope United Methodist Church, Campbellsburg Lions Club, Rob Morris Masonic Lodge and American Legion Post #195.

He is survived by his wife:  Mary Jane Conley Hartley.  They were married June 14, 1952.  He is also survived by two daughters:  Michelle Ann Bishop and Ellen Sue Denton both of Campbellsburg, 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He was prececed in death by his parents and a sister:  Margaret E. Setser.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30AM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Livonia Cemetery with military honors.  Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8PM and Friday from 9AM-time of service.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donation by made to Gideon International.
