Mr. Ronnie E. McVay age 66 of Salem passed away Wednesday, January 30 at 4:37AM at St. Vincent Hospital in Salem.
Mr. McVay was born May 9, 1946 in Corbin, Kentucky to Jess and Nellie Eaton McVay.
On November 25, 1972 he married the former Karen Gray who survives. Other survivors include: one daughter: Tena McVay of Salem, and three sisters: June Fishburn, Dessie Smith and Linda Partin all of Salem. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister: Elizabeth McNeely and six brothers: Charles, D.L., Lewis, Glen, Phillip and Ledford McVay.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rush Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 4-8PM and Monday from 9AM-time of service.
