Mr. Roger Lee Faulkner age 40 of Salem died Friday, May 15 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
Mr. Faulkner was born August 23, 1974 in Jefferson County, Kentucky the son of David Louis and Glenda Sue McCoy Faulkner.
He is survived by four children and one grandchild, his parents: David and Glenda Faulkner of Salem, a brother: David Glenn Faulkner of Louisville, and a sister: Melanie Sue McKinsley of Salem.
There will be no services or visitation.
