Robert "Bob" L Bilyeu

Mr. Robert “Bob” Leonard Bilyeu, age 71, of Campbellsburg passed away Sunday, October 21 at his home.

Mr. Bilyeu was born November 4, 1946 in Campbellsburg, the son of Benjamin E. and Ruth L. Lewis Bilyeu. He was employed at ADT Security in Louisville, Link’s Handle Company, Kimball Manufacturing, and retired from Walmart in Paoli. He was a member of Mitchell Church of God. He was a Vietnam War Marine Corps Veteran.

He is survived by his wife:  Rosalee Edwards Bilyeu. They were married September 20, 1969. He is also survived by a daughter: Shanna Bilyeu Pittman (Robert) of Campbellsburg, three brothers: James F. Bilyeu of Glendale, AZ, John E. Bilyeu of Jacksonville, FL, and William D. Bilyeu of South Boston, IN, one sister: Brenda K. Watterson of Mitchell, and two granddaughters: Nichole R. Pittman and Bailey M. Pittman.

He is preceded in death by a brother: Mark Thomas Bilyeu and his parents.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 A.M. at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Claysville Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4-8PM and Thursday from 10AM-time of service.
