Mr. Robert J. Morgan age 60 of Salem passed away Friday, October 27 at his home.
Mr. Morgan was born March 12, 1957 in Hyden, Kentucky the son of Arthur and Icie Hoskins Morgan. He was a former employee of Koetter Woodworking and a former member of the National Guard.
Robert was preceded in death by his wife: June Farmer in 2009, brothers: Junior Ray Morgan, David Morgan, Eugene Morgan and Edward Morgan, and two sisters: Lucille Caldwell and Katherine Johnson and a granddaughter: Amanda Farmer and his parents.
He is survived by two sons: Bill Farmer (Rebekah) of Salem and Calvin Farmer of Salem, three daughters: Amy Leddington-Frederick (Ben) of Salem, Annie Dupin (Eddie) of Salem and Sandi Knapp of Salem, a brother: Timothy Morgan of London, Kentucky, four sisters: Joyce Embry of Palmyra, Linda Mullins of Wooten, Kentucky, Brenda Roach of Salem, and Vicky Meader of London, Kentucky, a host of nieces and nephews and 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home with Ryan Osborne officiating. Burial will follow in Beech Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10AM-time of service.
