Regina S (Coats) Warren

Mrs. Regina S. Coats Warren age 57 of Salem passed away Sunday, June 19 at her home. Regina was born December 29, 1958 in Salem the daughter of Leonard E. and Kathryn M. Wesner Coats.  She is survived by one son:  Ray Coats of Salem, two daughters:  Mandy Boofer of Salem and Katrina Warren of New Salisbury, a brother:  Bryan Coats of Medora and 4 grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by two brothers:  Steven Coats and Dennis E. Coats, a grandson:  Drake M. Coats and her parents.
