Phyllis C (Middleton) Persinger

Mrs. Phyllis C. Persinger age 66 of Salem passed away Tuesday, December 24 at her home.
Mrs. Persinger was born March 7, 1946 in Harlan, Kentucky the daughter of Orville Sr. and Delora Witt Middleton. She was a retired hairdresser and employee of Dan-Mar Pharmacy. She was a member of Salem Assembly of God and active in her church.
She is survived by her husband: Robert Persinger. They were married July 17, 1965. She is also survived by a son: Gary Persinger of Salem, a daugher: Lori McPeak of Salem, two sisters: Anna Tegarden of Campbellsburg and Evalyn Brown of Salem, 3 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren and 3 step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers: Orville Middleton Jr. and Walter Middleton and a sister: Barbara Robinson.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00AM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8PM and Friday from 9AM-time of service.
