Oren E Farabee

Oren E Farabee age 93 of Borden passed away Friday, July 22 at his daughter's home.  Mr. Farabee was born May 13, 1923 in Washington County, Indiana the son of Harold and Bertha Karnes Farabee.  He was a retired self employed Brick Layer and a member of the Brick Layers Union for 63 years.  He was a Marines Sergeant World War II veteran and a member of American Legion.  He was preceded in death by his wife:  Bonnie Lewis Farabee on July 4, 1994, a son:  Donald Farabee, a daughter:  Janice Kay Farabee, two brothers:  Lloyd and Ernie Farabee, a sister:  Mildred Bullington and his parents.   He is survived by three daughters:  Sharon Reeves of Borden, Kathy Stewart of Pekin and Becky Lewis of Pekin, 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
