Newanna Myers

Mrs. Newanna Myers, age 93, of Salem, passed away Tuesday, February 11 at Baptist Health Floyd. 

Mrs. Myers was born September 24, 1931 in Harlen County, Kentucky the daughters of Pearl and Fleeta Clem Howard. She was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church. 

Newanna is preceded in death by her husband: Jerry Myers, a daughter: Joyce Rainbolt, and her parents. 

She is survived by a brother: Kenneth P. Howard of Salem, four sisters: Margie Holbrook of Salem, Thelma Estes of Salem, Edna Kay Hoagland of Salem, and Freda Helblig of Seymour, three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. 

Funeral services will be held at 1PM Friday at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 11AM-until time of service.
