Mary E (Young) Neitzke

Mrs. Mary E. Neitzke age 66 of Salem passed away Friday, February 28 at her home.
Mrs. Neitzke was born May 7, 1947 in Shelbyville, Indiana the daughter of LaVane “Jack” and Ellen Smith Young. She graduated from Indiana University Southeast with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and was a retired Registered Nurse. She was a member of Salem Nazarene Church.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years: Dick Neitzke of Salem, five sons: Todd Gahimer (Sheila) of Summerville, South Carolina, Matt Gahimer (Erin) of Brownsburg, Indiana, Lance Gahimer (Loretta) of Vermilion, Illinois, Brent Neitzke (Tricia) of Evansville, Indiana and Clay Gahimer (Connie) of Salem, a god-daughter: Vonda Carthy (Ken) of Salem, a brother: Mark Young (Kathy) of Washington, Utah and 18 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:00AM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 4-8PM and Tuesday from 9AM-time of service.
