Mary R (Hamilton) Medlock

Mrs. Mary R. Medlock age 84 of Livonia passed away Tuesday, January 30 at Salem Crossing.

Mrs. Medlock was born December 15, 1933 in Washington County, Indiana the daughter of William “Bill” and Marie Early Hamilton.  She was a retired nurse aide, having worked for Washington County Memorial Hospital in Salem and Dunn Hospital in Bedford.  She was a member of Livonia Baptist Church and Livonia Fire Department Auxiliary.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband:  Donald Medlock on November 24, 2007.  She was also preceded in death by a daughter:  Nancy Medlock, a sister:  Marcella Atkins and her parents.

She is survived by a son:  Larry Medlock (Kathy) of Campbellsburg, a daughter:  Linda Mink (Lester) of Paoli, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00AM at Livonia Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Livonia Cemetery.  Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8PM at Weathers Funeral Home and Friday from 10AM-time of service at the church.
