Mary Marie Kemp

Mary Marie Kemp age 88 of Monroe City, formerly of Campbellsburg , passed away Monday, May 26 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana.
Mary was born March 13, 1926 in Campbellsburg, Indiana the daughter of Cecil and Hallie Chastain Kemp. She was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church and Heritage Baptist Church in Monroe City.
Miss Kemp is survived by a brother: James Kemp of Orleans, three sisters: Helen Sama, Sarah Bachman and Diana Green all of Campbellsburg, her caregivers: Becky Fuller of Monroe City and Gwen McCullough of Bicknell, and her friend and roommate for many years: Rosie Cox, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Cecil Wayne, Donald, Kenneth, Bobby and David Kemp and three sisters: Kathleen Goen, Rosamond Rosenbaum and Carolyn McCoy.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:00PM at New Hope United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Claysville Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from Noon-time of service at the church.
