Mary A (Wheat) Brewer

Mrs. Mary A. Brewer age 82 of Salem passed away Friday, August 29 at her home.
Mrs. Brewer was born October 31, 1931 in Livonia the daughter of William and Mary Elizabeth Shultz Wheat. She was a retired employee of Smith Cabinet Company and a member of Kansas Church of Christ.
She is survived by two sons: David Hoke and Michael Brewer both of Salem, three daughters: Anita Maudlin and Carol Chastain both of Salem and Theresia Hoke of Palmyra, a sister: Martha McClintock of Campbellsburg, 29 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 42 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son: James Robert Hoke, a daughter: Vicki Mauck, three brothers: Lovell, Lester and Wilson Wheat, two sisters: Lillian Cole and Mae Pittman and her parents.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 1:00PM at Smedley Cemetery.
