Marvin L. Miller of Salem, Indiana passed away Friday, July 20, 2018.
He was a life-long Hoosier, and was a member of Kansas Church of Christ.
Preceding him in death was his father, Nobel H. Miller.
Surviving him is his mother: Audrey A. Miller, his companion: Mabel Ann Walton, sister: Donna Nunley of Salem, his son: David L. Miller of Tupelo, Mississippi, his daughter: Laurel C. Lightfoot of Jeffersonville, Indiana and six grandchildren: Hailey Miller, Dylan Miller, Megan Lightfoot, Austin Lightfoot, Nick Lightfoot and Jamie Lightfoot.
Marvin worked as a tooling and mechanical designer. Also, he was a member of the United Association Local 502 in Louisville, as a journeyman pipefitter. As a hobby, he sawmilled, black-smithed, and gardened.
A celebration of his life will be held Wednesday, July 25 at 6PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2PM-time of service. Also there will be a short visitation on Tuesday from 3-4PM.
