Marilyn Rose (Goen) Albertson

Marilyn Rose Albertson age 75 of Scottsburg, formerly of Campbellsburg, passed away Tuesday, April 14 at Hampton Oaks in Scottsburg.
She was born June 8, 1939 in Washington County, Indiana the daughter of Chester A. and Julia Agnes Thrall Goen. She was a private care giver and a member of Cornerstone Christian Church.
Mrs. Albertson is survived by her companion: Cecil Faulkner, her son: Michael A. Albertson of Salem, two daughters: Marlene Joyce Albertson of Salem and Tammie D. Taylor of Seymour, a brother: Larry Goen, six sisters: Betty Autry, Bonnie Martin, Nancy Whitson, Shirley Perdue, Wanda Bowling and Beverly Tillford, 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son: Roy D. Albertson, and a brother: Charles Goen.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 3;00PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt. Tabor Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 11AM-time of service.
