Leslie L. Fox age 40 of Salem passed away Thursday, February 12 at Floyd Memorial Hospital.
Leslie was born January 3, 1975 in Washington County, Indiana the daughter of Thomas Fox and Martha Renae Pinaire Coates. She was a former employee of Washington County Memorial Hospital and Providence Retirement Home in New Albany.
She is survived by her son: Micah Fox of Salem, her mother: Martha Renae Coates of Salem, two brothers: T. J. Fox of Mitchell and Brian Gream of Campbellsburg, two sisters: Melisa Price and Jackie Motsinger both of Salem, two nieces and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her father: Thomas Fox and a brother: Michael Fox.
Graveside services will be held Monday at 11:00AM at Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 9-11AM at Weathers Funeral Home.
