Leonard Jack Walker

Leonard Jack Walker, age 90, passed away November 11, 2023, at his residence in Salem, Indiana.

Mr. Walker was born November 29, 1932, in Washington County, the son of Dave Walker and America Carpenter Walker. He retired from Kimball International in 1995. He attended North Charlestown Church of God. Mr. Walker was married to Delores Johnson Walker on February 26, 1976.

Mr. Walker is survived by his Wife, Delores, two sons: Robert Walker (Patty) of Indianapolis, Ronald Walker of New Salem, two stepdaughters: Sandra Dee Bogatz (Dan) of Borden, Sherry Clem (Jeff) of Pekin, two half-brothers: John Walker of Sellersburg, David Walker of Paoli, two half-sisters: Mary Margaret Tincher of Salem, Lydia Little of New Salem, seven grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Mr. Walker is preceded in death by his parents, a son: Raymond Walker, a stepson: Glen Michael Weir, three brothers: James Walker, Earl Walker, Vernon Walker, a grandson and a step-grandson.

Services will be held at Weathers Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 14 at 2:00P.M. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 14 from 10:00A.M.-2:00P.M. Burial will take place immediately following the service at Hickory Grove Cemetery.
