Lee and Alverta Huckleberry

Memorial services will be held for Lee and Alverta Huckleberry on Tuesday, April 4 at 4PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 3-4PM.

Lee Huckleberry was born September 18, 1927 in Salem. He passed away August 31, 2015 in Crystal River, Florida. Alverta Huckleberry was born Alverta May Smith on September 17, 1929 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She passed away January 16, 2017 in Dunnellon, Florida. Lee and Alverta were joined in marriage in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 19, 1960. They are survived by a son: James Huckleberry and daughter: Linda Hensley. They are also survived by five grandchildren: Nicole and Tarrah Hensley both of Florida, James John and Jacob Huckleberry and Jessica Holstein (Jason) all of Scottsburg, four great-grandchildren: Aria Cooper of Adrian, Michigan and Karter, Austyn and Ryer Huckleberry of Scottsburg.

Alverta is also survived by a brother: Charles Smith of Pensacola, Florida.
