Leah (Calhoun) Lainhart

Mrs. Leah Lainhart, age 44, of Salem, passed away Tuesday, June 30 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.

Mrs. Lainhart was born January 5, 1976 in Salem the daughter of Burgess and Susan Burns Calhoun.  She was a long- time bartender for American Legion and a former home health care provider.  She was a member of Fort Hill Church of Christ and American Legion Post #41 Auxiliary.

Leah is survived by her husband:  Josh Lainhart.  They were married July 16, 2005.  She is also survived by her children:  Heather Allen (Tristan) of Salem and Johnathon Rightsell of Louisville, a granddaughter: Lana Gabrielle Grace Allen, her parents:  Burgess and Susan Calhoun of Salem, a brother:  Mitchell Calhoun of Salem, a sister:  Malissa Calhoun of Salem, and her grandmother:  Mary Burns of Salem.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11AM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday from 4-8PM and Tuesday from 9AM-time of service.
