Laura Louise (Wood) Corley

Laura Louise Corley age 78 of Salem passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 20 at Floyd Memorial Hospital.
Laura was born December 14, 1934 in Penrod, Kentucky the daughter of Clyde and Virgie Latham Wood. She was a retired employee of Jean's Extrusions.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Charles Corley in 2009, a daughter: Cynthia May Corley, a granddaughter: Autumn Rae Beams and her parents.
She is survived by a son: Charles Michael Corley of Louisville, a daughter: Holly Drane of Georgetown, two brothers: David Wood of Clarksville and Harvey Wood of Dawson Springs, Kentucky, two sisters: Virginia Wallace of Owensboro, Kentucky and Lula Scarbrough of Dunmor, Kentucky, 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bunker HIll Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10AM-time of service.
