Mr. Larry D. Lee age 74 of Salem passed away Tuesday, September 26 at St. Vincent Hospital in Salem.
Mr. Lee was born July 2, 1943 in Orange County, Indiana the son of Hershel and Amanda Barnard Lee. He was a retired farmer and a former member of the National Guard.
Larry is survived by his wife: Glenda McPheeters Lee. They were married May 14, 1966. He is also survived by four sons: Terry Lee of Salem, Robert Lee of Ferdinand, Michael Lee of Salem and Bobby Lee of Pekin, six daughters: Melissa Mead of Salem, Marsha Bruderer of Salem, Tammy Lee of Salem, Tina Smith of Chicago, Ashley Nice of Salem and Whitney Waldridge of Pekin, three brothers: Marce Lee of Salem, Mark Lee of Salem and Bob Lee of Campbellsburg, five sisters: Brenda Stepro of Salem, Elizabeth Ingram of Mitchell, Patty Tyler of Salem, Peggy McCoskey of Salem, and Bonnie Smith of Campbellsburg, 23 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sisters: Ellen Bronson and Betty Rosenbaum and his parents.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Kansas Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8PM and Thursday from 9AM-time of service.
