Kevin D Simler

Mr. Kevin D. Simler, age 57, of Salem, passed away Sunday, March 28 at his home.

Mr. Simler was born October 18, 1963 in Salem the son of Edgar “Dale” and Isma Elizabeth Hurst Simler.  He was a graduate of Salem High School, Class of 1982 and a member of Christian Heritage Chapel.  He was a retired employee of GKN and loved to ride motorcycles and NASCAR.

Kevin is survived by his parents:  Edgar “Dale” and Isma Simler of Salem, a sister:  Linda Jacobs of Salem, a niece:  Melissa Tucker, and a nephew:  Brian Weston.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2PM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be Friday from 10AM-time of service.
