Kenneth Lee Conrad

Mr. Kenneth Lee Conrad, age 62, of Salem, IN passed away peacefully Saturday, June 3 in his sleep at Meadowview Health and Rehab.

Kenny was a hardworking man who enjoyed traveling the country as a truck driver for many years. He frequently went camping with his son growing up and was a loving father. In his free time, he would often be out in the countryside cruising on his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Riding was his passion; he loved the wind blowing in his hair while listening to classic rock as he admired the places he would explore. He cherished video chats with his grandchildren and watching them grow up.

Kenny was born May 24, 1961, to Jack and Helen (Morgan) Conrad in Salem, IN. Survivors include his son: Brandon (Julie), two grandchildren: Brayden and Jayla, sister: Rita Poe (Danny), brother: Roger (Lisa),aunt:  Diana Ewen (Lanty),  nephews: Christopher Hook, Dylan, Morgan, and Daniel Conrad, great-nephew: Jacob Hook, and great-nieces: Emery Haub, and Kinley and Neely Conrad.

He was preceded in death by his parents, nephew: Jonathan Hook, half-brother: Dennis Craig, and half-sister: Sue Branham.

Funeral services will be held at 2PM Thursday at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Hardinsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 10AM-until time of service.
