Juanita M (Sparrow) Hoskins

Mrs. Juanita M. Hoskins age 84 of Columbus, formerly of Salem, passed away Monday, October 12 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in Columbus.
Juanita was born February 16, 1931 in South Boston, Indiana the daughter of William “Buck” Sparrow and Mary Elliott Hedrick. She was an employee of Washington County License Branch. She was member of the Church of the Nazarene and Red Hat Society. She was an avid bowler. She enjoyed going to yard sales and auctions.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Arthur Hoskins on October 8, 1998, two brothers: Donald Mantooth and Randall Mantooth, a grandson: Chad Soliday and her parents: William “Buck” Sparrow and Mary Hedrick.
She is survived by two sons: Lonnie K. Hoskins (Cynthia) of Floyds Knobs and Michael Hoskins (Brenda) of New Albany, a daughter: Gloria Soliday (Marvin) of Columbus, five grandchildren: Jeremy and Cody Soliday, Brian Hoskins, Abigail Hoskins Vincent and Julia Hoskins, five great grandchildren: Devin, Caleb and Kassidy Soliday, Emma Catherine Hoskins and one on the way.
Funeral services and burial were private.
