Joseph W. Richey

Mr. Joseph W. Richey, age 79, of Brownstown, passed away Tuesday, July 10 at Salem Crossing.

Mr. Richey was born February 19, 1939 in Greenfield, Indiana the son of Joseph Glenn Richey and Anna Fae Turner Massie.  He was a truck driver and an Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife:  Carol Mostek Richey.  They were married November 30, 1963.  He is also survived by a son:  Dwayne Alan Richey of Crothersville, three daughters:  Tammie Weir of Brownstown, Laura Jane Shepherd of Columbus, and Mischelle Richey of Lancaster, Ohio, 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a brother:  Charles Richey, a sister:  Idella Sherman and his parents.

Cremation was chosen and there will be no services.
