Mrs. Johnica L. Branaman age 52 of Salem passed away Sunday, January 3 at 3:00AM at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Mrs. Branaman was born June 21, 1963 in Salem the daughter of Chester Wayne and Rosemary Haley Sill. She was an employee of East Washington School Corporation. She was a member of Bunker Hill Christian Church and Vice President of the Eastern Athletic Booster Club. She was a former 4-H leader.
Johnica is survived by her husband: Tim Branaman. They were married June 15, 1984. She is also survived by three sons: Travis Branaman (Rachel), Taylor Branaman and Todd Branaman all of Salem, a sister: Deborah Lewis (David) of Pekin, her mother: Rosemary Sill, granddaughter: Katelyn Branaman, 2 sisters-in-law, 3 brothers-in-law and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father: Chester Wayne Sill.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:30PM at Bunker Hill Christian Church. Burial will follow in Bunker Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8PM at Weathers Funeral Home and Thursday from 11AM-time of service at the church.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Washington County Community Foundation, Johnica Branaman EHS Scholarship Fund.
