Joe W Bush

Mr. Joe W. Bush, age 94, of Brownstown, passed away Sunday, February 12 at Hoosier Christian Village in Brownstown.

Mr. Bush was born November 2, 1928 in Jackson County, Indiana the son of Elvert and Ethel Meahl Bush.  He was a retired Barber.  Joe was a member of Salem (High Street) Church of Christ and was a Korean War Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife:  Ramona Peters Bush, two sons:  J.D. Bush and Trent Bush, two daughters:  Sarah Jo Huff and Dawn DeWitt, two stepsons: Jonathan and Jay Brian Plummer, two brothers:  John and Mark Bush, four grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife:  Marcella Zink Bush, two sisters:  Barbara Zontack and Ruth Garrison, two stepsons:  James and Robert Plummer,  a granddaughter:  Misty DeWitt and his parents.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2PM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 10AM-time of services.
