Janice I (Applegate) Brown

Janice I. Brown, age 69, of Salem passed away Thursday, June 23 at Baptist Health Floyd.

Janice was born March 6, 1953, in Salem the daughter of Ralph Applegate and Margery Shockley Applegate. She graduated from Salem High School, class of 1971.   She was an employee of Silver Fox Café in Pekin.

She is survived by a son:  Jason Floyd of Salem, a daughter:  Malinda Floyd of Salem, two sisters:  Judy Applegate of Salem and Pam Hobson (Steve) of Salem, and six grandchildren:  Sierra, Kierra, Abreea, Ember, Destiny, and Chance.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother:  Larry Applegate (Connie)

There will be a memorial gathering Tuesday, June 28 from noon-4PM at Weathers Funeral Home.
