James Edward Kirby

Mr. Ralph Edward Kirby age 63 of Salem passed away Wednesday, December 25 at his home.

Mr. Kirby was born March 12, 1950 in Salem the son of Robert and Catherine Gilstrap Kirby.  He was a retired employee of Blue River Wood Products and an Army veteran.

He is survived by three daughters:  Kellie Kirby of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Kristie Kirby and Kimberlee Rhoades both of Las Vegas, Nevada, James and Paul Kirby both of Salem, a sister:  Janet Gibbons of Salem, his mother:  Catherine Kirby of Salem and 4 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father:  Robert Kirby, a brother:  Michael Kirby, two half brothers:  Gene and Frank Kirby and a half sister:  Vera Gilchrist.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Mill Creek Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday from 11AM-time of service.
