Howard T. Brown Jr.

Mr. Howard T. Brown Jr., age 75, of Salem, passed away Saturday, April 25 at Baptist Health Floyd.

Mr. Brown was born January 17, 1945 in Tyler, Texas the son of Howard T. Brown Sr. and Marie K. Vernia Brown.  He was a former employee of Heritage Lumber and owner and carpenter of Brown’s Home Improvements.

Howard was preceded in death by his wife:  Shirley A. Brown, and his parents.

He is survived by his son:  Tommy Brown III (Sherri) of Salem, two brothers:  Bobby Brown of Salem and Steve Brown of Salem, two grandchildren:  Jordan Dean Borden of Indianapolis and Samantha Kathleen Simonton of Salem and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be private with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to:  Washington County Community Foundation, Salem High School Class of 1963 Education Fund.
