Haley Renea Hayes

Haley Renea Hayes, age 29, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, October 10 at University of Louisville Hospital.

Haley was born May 17, 1994, in Bedford, Indiana, the daughter of Jerry Michael Hayes and Billie Bowles Kinteh.  She was a CNA.

Haley is survived by her husband:  Oscar Tello Perez of Louisville, her children:  Mariano Perez of Louisville and Maiya Perez of Louisville, her parents:  Jerry Michael Hayes of Salem and Billie Kinteh of Louisville, three brothers:  Timothy Hayes (Jessica) of Paoli, Chad Hayes of Salem, and Kody Hayes of Corydon, three sisters:  Sadie Hayes of Corydon, Airelle Jenkins of Crothersville, and Tasha Wesner (Cassidy) of Paoli, grandparents:  Darrell and Jane Emily of Saltillo, and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by grandparents:  Jerry Hayes and Geraldine Howerton.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2PM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 10AM-time of service.
