Mr. Floyd Richard "Dick" Wilson age 81 of Salem passed away Wednesday, September 25 at Salem Crossing.
Mr. Wilson was born May 7, 1932 in Knox County, Indiana the son of James and Olive Marsh Wilson. He was a retired farmer and livestock dealer. He was a Christian and Korean War Navy veteran. He was a life member of American Quarter Horse Association and a member of American Legion and Moose Lodge.
He is survived by his wife: Ramona Reel Wilson. They were married November 6, 1956. He is also survived by a brother: Frank Wilson of Greenville, Kentucky and three sisters: Lyda Perry of Vincennes, Mae Coomer of Terre Haute and Edith Ann Utter of Indianapolis. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: James and Ben Wilson.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30AM at Weathers Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Friday at 2:00PM at Hamlin Chapel Cemetery in Monroe City, Indiana. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8PM and Friday from 9AM-time of service.
