Mrs. Dorothy Cooper age 62 of Hardinsburg passed away Saturday, July 27 at her home.
Mrs. Cooper was born July 16, 1951 in Hamilton, Ohio the daughter of Henry and Daisy Reynolds Perkins. She was a former employee of Meadow View Health Care and Rehab. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Hardinsburg.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Jack Cooper in 2001, a son: Paul in 1974 and her parents. She is survived by a son: Ed Hensley of Crawfordsville, a daughter: Jackie Tussey of Hardinsburg, three step-sons: Steve and Jeff Cooper both of Louisville, Kentucky and Chris Cooper of New York, two brothers: Bill Perkins of Ohio and Jim Perkins of Florida, three sisters: Helen Bowers and Ruth Johnson both of Salem and Glenda Perkins of Vevay, Indiana, and 5 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00AM at Weathers Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8PM and Wednesday from 9AM-time of service.
