Donald L Lewellyn

Mr. Donald L. Lewellyn age 78 of Salem passed away Monday, June 17 at his home.

Mr. Lewellyn was born September 14, 1940 in Washington County the son of Homer and Ruth Vanmeter Lewellyn. He was a member of Lear Hill Baptist Church. He was a salesman for Frito Lay for many years.

Donald is survived by his wife: Carolyn Baker Lewellyn they were married February 11, 1961. He is also survived by two brothers: Gene Lewellyn (Jeanie) of Pekin, and Gary Lewellyn (Connie) of Sellersburg, two sisters: Carolyn Applegate (Charles) of Sarasota, FL, and Janet Hurst (Sam) of Borden, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 P.M. at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 10AM- until time of service at the funeral home.
