David S. Medlock

Mr. David S. Medlock age 79, of Salem, passed away Friday, March 6 at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany.

Mr. Medlock was born November 27, 1940 in Washington County the son of Wincel and Bernice McBride Medlock. He was a member of Enon Baptist Church, and the Army National Guard. He was retired from Ford Motor Company in Louisville. He was an avid fan of antique tractor pulls. He also enjoyed repairing lawnmowers, and talking and spending time with friends and family.

He is survived by a son: Jeffrey Medlock (Rhonda) of Salem, two daughters: Victoria Medlock and Kristin Lashbrooks both of Salem, a brother: Marvin Medlock (Robin) of Greenville, six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 A.M.. Wednesday, March 11 at Weathers Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M., and Wednesday from 9AM-until time of service.
