Mr. David W. Gibson age 59 of Salem passed away Sunday, January 26 at St. Vincent Hospital of Salem.
Mr. Gibson was born November 27, 1954 in Hyden, Kentucky the son of John S. and Mabel Simms Gibson.
He is survived by four sons: Shawn Gibson, Isaac Gibson and Ethan Gibson all of Salem and Kenneth Gibson of South Carolina, four daughters: Stephanie Gibson and Ariel Gibson both of Salem and Stacey Gibson and Amanda Grayson both of South Carolina, two brothers: Clyde Gibson of Hyden, Kentucky and Willie Gibson of Salem, three sisters: Betty Sandlin of Hyden, Kentucky, Thelma Snelling of Salem and Vicki Lee of Georgetown, and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother: Denver Gibson and a sister: Imojean Gibson.
