Dana Marie (Wilson) Nicholson

Mrs. Dana Marie Nicholson age 59 of Campbellsburg passed away Tuesday, March 6 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.

Mrs. Nicholson was born December 14, 1958 the daughter of Clifton Royal and Grace Edwards Wilson.  She was an employee of NetShape for 40 years.  She was a 1977 graduate of West Washington High School.  She was a member of Sugar Creek Christian Church, where she taught Sunday School, served on the advisory board and was Captain of the Relay for Life team.

Dana is survived by her husband; Carl Nicholson.  They were married May 27, 1978.  She is also survived by a daughter:  Kelly Reckelhoff (Jason) of St. Anthony, Indiana, a son:  Wesley Nicholson (Emily) of Campbellsburg, a brother:  Jerry Wilson of Campbellsburg, four sisters:  June Greene and Virginia Jones, both of Campbellsburg; Nancy Hamilton of Crothersville and Darlene Nicholson of Bedford; a granddaughter; Whitney Grace Reckelhoff, and several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00AM at Sugar Creek Christian Church.  Burial will follow in Cavetown Cemetery.  Visitation will be Sunday from 2-6PM at Weathers Funeral Home and Monday from 10AM-time of service at the church.
