Charles Albert Bundy

Mr. Charles Albert Bundy age 72 of New Salisbury, Indiana passed away Tuesday, February 24 at the Villages at Silvercrest in New Albany. Mr. Bundy was born February 13, 1943 in Salem the son of Lawrence and Gladys Riat Bundy. He was retired from Cinergy/PSIE (now Duke Energy). In his retirement, he enjoyed being surrounded by nature, its beauty and peace; and he loved being with his family, watching his grandchildren grow. He was an Army veteran. He is survived by his wife: Sharon Souder Bundy. They were married October 16, 1969. He is also survived by his son: Nathan Bundy (Julie) of New Albany, and two grandchildren: Hayden and Abigail Bundy. He was preceded in death by his brother: Loren Bundy and his parents. Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 10:00AM-time of service.
