Catherine (Miller) Soliday

Mrs. Catherine Soliday age 91 of Salem passed away Friday, April 8 at Salem Crossing.

Mrs. Soliday was born October 2, 1924 in Washington County, Indiana the daughter of Everett and Lois Wingler Miller.   She was a former employee of Bata Shoe Corporation and a member of Westside Church of Christ.

Catherine married Harry Soliday on March 28, 1942 and he preceded her in death on September 6, 2013. She was also preceded in death by her brother:  Donald G. Miller and her parents.

She is survived by a son:  Jim Soliday of Salem, a daughter:  Judy Keehn of Salem, 4 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:00AM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Kansas Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8PM and Wednesday from 9AM-time of service.
