Carolyn A Fultz

Carolyn A. Fultz, 87, passed away, Sunday April 30, 2023 at Hampton Oaks, in Scottsburg Indiana.

Carolyn was born July 27, 1935 in Monticello, Indiana. The daughter of Carlos Nuckols and Alma Baker Nuckols. She was a pre-school teacher at Noah’s Ark and a bookkeeper at Personal finance. Carolyn loved singing, she was a member of the Sweet Adeline’s singing group. She was also a member of the Salem High Street Church of Christ.

Carolyn is survived by her two children, Ryan Fultz (Kelly) of Louisville, Kentucky and Renee’ Fultz of Salem, Indiana. She is also survived by two grandsons, Carter Fultz and Parker Fultz of Corydon, Indiana.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her husband John Fultz. She is also preceded in death by her parents, Carlos Nuckols and Alma Baker Nuckols and a brother Carroll Nuckols.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 12:00P.M at Weathers Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 10:00A.M until time of service.
