Carl Ray Voyles

Mr. Carl Ray Voyles age 82 of Salem passed away Sunday, February 16 at his home.
Mr. Voyles was born September 18, 1931 in Pekin the son of Roy and Mabel Elliott Voyles. He was a retired millwright.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years: N. Alice Gater Voyles . He is also survived by his children: Aleeta (Ray) Sparkman of Salem, William (Sharon) Spaulding of North Vernon, Fay (Bill) Dodds of Orem, Utah, Jane (Ernie) Balentine of Pekin, Kathy (Mike) Setser of Salem, Anna (Larry) Roney of Lake Whales, Florida, Susie (Phillip) Hamilton of Salem, Larry (Jarita) Spaulding of Salem, Patty (James) Jolliffe of McKinney, Texas, Jennifer (Mark) Humphrey of Salem and Joyce (Sam) Temple of Pekin, 31 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother: Loren “Bud” Voyles, three sisters: Lucille Sears, Imogene Marshall and his twin: Joyce Motsinger and 3 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8PM and Friday from 9AM-time of service.
