Mr. Bobby G. Kress age 78 of Campbellsburg passed away Wednesday, February 22 at Norton Hospital in Louisville.
Mr. Kress was born January 20, 1939 in Fairfax, Virginia the son of Ison and Lola Garret Cress. He was a retired salesman for Culligan. He was an Army veteran and a member of VFW.
He is survived by his wife: Beverly Stinson Kress of Campbellsburg, a son: Rick Kress of Michigan, two daughters: Renee Stratton of New Castle, Indiana and Teresia Paape of Fortville, Indiana, two step-sons: Chuck and Ed Childers both of Campbellsburg, 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother: Walter “Bud” Kress, a sister: Ruby Hamilton, a great-grandson and his parents.
Cremation was chosen and there will be local services.
