Mr. Wagers was born June 5, 1966 in Salem the son of Billy James Wagers and Jewel Napier Gregory.

Billy is survived by his son: Billy Wagers Jr. (Melissa) of Roswell, New Mexico, a brother: Dwayne Wagers of Salem, a sister: Teresa Purlee of Salem, and 4 grandchildren: Kyree Wagers, Christopher Burgos-Wagers, Lakein Burgos-Wagers, and Dylan Burgos-Wagers.

Cremation was chosen and no services will be held.
